Meet Guji, a specialty coffee from Soil Roastery, carefully selected for the Ghasq collection.

From Ethiopia's celebrated Guji region, this naturally processed coffee grows at high elevation, where cooler weather helps coffee cherries develop their sweetness and aroma. Expect bright berries and strawberry followed by a gentle chocolate finish. With milk, its fruity sweetness and chocolate notes can recall a strawberry-cheesecake dessert without losing the character of the coffee.
